Cancellation policy
Effective Date: July 12, 2026
Wiseguy Caps offers recurring subscription access to our digital VIP Sports Betting Syndicate (including our Monthly Platinum Players Package and our Annual Package). By purchasing a recurring subscription option on our store, you explicitly authorize Wiseguy Caps to charge your payment method on file automatically at the start of each billing cycle until you choose to cancel.
Please review our strict cancellation rules and processing terms below.
1. The Right to Cancel Anytime
You have total control over your membership and can cancel your recurring subscription at any day, at any time, for any reason. There are zero long-term contracts, lock-in periods, or hidden fees required to terminate your account.
2. How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your recurring billing and prevent future automated charges, you must execute the cancellation prior to your next scheduled renewal date. You can cancel using either of the following methods:
Self-Service Portal (Recommended): Log into your customer account dashboard at wiseguycaps.com. Navigate to the "My Subscriptions" or "Manage Membership" tab, select your active VIP package, and click Cancel Subscription. Your status will update immediately.
Email Support: You can request cancellation by emailing our support desk directly at mitch@wiseguycaps.com. To ensure your cancellation is processed before a renewal charge, email requests must be sent at least 48 hours prior to your next billing date. Please include your full name and account email.
3. Access Post-Cancellation
When you cancel a purchase option, your subscription does not instantly terminate.
Your VIP portal access, daily email pick delivery, and dashboard tools will remain fully active and open to you until the exact final day of your current billing cycle.
Once that billing cycle naturally expires, your account status will transition to inactive, future automated billing will permanently cease, and your VIP portal access will close.
4. No Refunds or Prorated Credits
All charges processed under our subscription options are subject to a strict All Sales Are Final policy. As detailed in our standard Refund Policy, we do not offer partial refunds, retroactive credits, or prorated adjustments for unused days remaining within an active billing cycle after a cancellation is requested.
