Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Wiseguy Caps. Please note that our digital VIP Subscription Packages are delivered instantly via email and your user account portal, and are not subject to physical shipping.

The following policies apply exclusively to our physical products, including apparel, headwear, and gear.

1. Fulfillment & Custom Printing Timeline

All Wiseguy Caps merchandise is custom-made to order and fulfilled via our print-on-demand partner, Printful.

Fulfillment Window: It typically takes 2 to 5 business days to create, print, and package your custom apparel before it is handed off to the shipping carrier.

Peak Seasons: During high-volume holiday seasons or major sporting events, fulfillment times may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your gear is printed to the highest standard.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been printed and packaged, it will be shipped using standard, reliable couriers.

Calculated Shipping: Shipping rates are calculated live at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination address.

Delivery Times: Standard domestic shipping within the United States generally takes 3 to 6 business days after the fulfillment window is complete.

Tracking: The exact moment your package leaves the printing facility, an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update with live carrier scans.

3. Address Accuracy & Redirect Fees

It is the buyer's absolute responsibility to provide a completely accurate, secure, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses: If a package is returned to our fulfillment facility because you provided an insufficient, incomplete, or incorrect address, or if the package goes unclaimed at your local post office, you will be responsible for the net shipping costs required to resend the order to an updated, verified address.

Stolen or Missing Packages: Wiseguy Caps is not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are missing or stolen from your property. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.

4. International Shipping & Customs Duties

We ship our gear worldwide, but please be aware of international boundaries:

Customs Fees: International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your destination country. These charges are not included in your Wiseguy Caps checkout total and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Fulfillment Location: Printful automatically routes international orders to their closest global printing facility to minimize your shipping costs and customs transit times whenever possible.

5. Multiple Shipments

If you order different types of merchandise (for example, a embroidered cap and a DTG-printed t-shirt), your items may be printed in separate areas of the fulfillment center. As a result, your order may arrive in multiple packages with individual tracking numbers at no additional cost to you.

6. Shipping Questions & Claims
